Be Back in a Bit…
UPDATE: Psssst….I’m STILL here. It’s Friday now and I have had about four hours sleep, so I haven’t had time to update my posts – apologies!! But it just hurts my eyes real bad to look at this computer screen right now!
The real job has me off on a press check since 4:30 Thursday morning, printing a beautiful photography book of the Point of Passion campaign we produced for Condé Nast Publications, so I’ll be back in a bit with some new posts. Forgive the lack thereof this week – it’s been nutty and I’m a bit off my game!

Victoria i checked out the agency you work for, they are really good ! i remember mentioning you are an art buyer what does that exactly entail, do you source objects for photoshoots and things like that or do you look after production in general ? Apologies about my curiosity :)

it’s another 4:30 am friday. whew, i’m so tired! i’ll be on press all day/night again today.

nathalie – thanks – yes we do some fun work. i am the art buyer, so i organize and produce all the photo shoots, find the right photographer, negotiate fees etc. and, i’m also the print producer – so i work with retouchers to make sure everybody looks ‘pretty’ and then go to the press check to make sure the project prints well on press. some days are long. i was here 19 hours yesterday! but, it’s fun, too.
