Victoria, thanks for this amazing interview! I’ve been a huge fan of Molly’s too. Her book, A Homemade Life, has become a part of my routine as I cook several of her recipes on a regular basis. I adore her writing and the book was so well written. I’m on the other coast, so I’ve been so curious to know more about how it’s going at Delancey, especially since it’s been quiet on the Orangette front — understandably because a restaurant is so much work! Thanks again and congrats to Molly and Brandon for going for it with Delancey! I hope to someday be out there on a visit to grab dinner.

I really enjoyed reading this interview! Since I live on the East Coast, I won’t be visiting Delancey anytime soon, and I’ve been missing Molly’s presence on the internet. The quantity and quality of her blog posts have (understandably) gone way down since she started this venture, and I’m hoping that trend will reverse itself soon with her revised work schedule.

I hope they are better at predicting wait times now. After waiting 45 minutes for a table we were told we’d have to wait another hour, so we left. I’d still love to go. There are few well-made pizzas in this town.
