I’m A brick house.

oh dear me. let me count the ways i love this house. yesterday on design*sponge, grace had a great DIY chandelier from lighting designer lindsey adelman, which also lives in this beautiful home. well, one click lead to another and i ended up on a beautiful blog, the brick house, from Morgan Satterfield. viewing morgan’s mid-century modern home, filled my soul with gallons of green envy. wow, what an incredibly stylish place! not surprisingly, morgan also has a great etsy shop, brick house vintage. i guess i have a new girl crush. i am so going down this path of black & white & gray all over!

Yes! I stumbled upon this blog about a month ago and have been obsessed. Especially with the light fixture she made.
oh oh my. thanks for the link, i’m headed over now to continue my drooling! this is the place of my dreams…
Pssst…Victoria, this is Morgan Satterfield’s house/blog. Lindsay Adelman is the lighting designer who provided the instructions for the chandelier (which Morgan assembled).
Hehe. I posted about her just yesterday. I’m totally in love with her crazy musings!
That black brick just set me on fire!
Hmm, i think the Brick House blog is ran by a girl named Morgan.
ANNA – yikes! oh crap. i couldn’t figure that out from her site. i will fix the post!! thank you!

i have serious ‘chair and sofa lust’ just looking at this home… what a beautiful space indeed :)
i’m not sure if my last comment got to you, i fear it was whizzed off into cyber space never to be read again… so here goes me again

there, it wasn’t quite the most thrilling of comments and that’s why i think it got lost the first time. not enough excitement to make the grade :)
wow, thanks for showing this – amazingly well put together.

I have a total girl crush on Morgan too!! Not only does she have a brilliant eye, but her writing is hysterical. I put my coffee away when I read now, since I have snarfed it all over the living room walls on more than one occasion from spasms of uncontrollable laughter ;) Well done sf girl, lovely shout out for Morgan!
I’m a first time writer, long time crusher for Morgan!
Thanks for the mention, and the lovely compliments. You know, I’ve never actually posted my name on my blog so don’t worry…it’s a wonder people have figured it out, let alone remembered.
Ohhh my house looks so clean in these photos. Not so in real life right now.
i hope it’s okay to have mentioned your name! and, excuse the original faux pas! your home is my dream.
Oh yeah – please don’t worry about it – it’s no prob. I just totally neglected to put it anywhere.
Really? Thanks! Well you should see the neighborhood. I bet you’d change your mind.
well, you’ve built a little haven then. :)

i stumbled across the brick house when apartment therapy posted another diy project of morgan’s. i was hooked! i recommend starting from the very first post and reading through. all time favorite post was about her frankenstein fence. hilarious!
I’ve been in love with Morgan’s house for awhile, it’s so elegant and she has the best thrift store luck I’ve ever seen.
Oh, what a great house. I feel like changing my current decor right now. Very inspiring!
I’m totally in love. I can’t wait til we have a house for me to decorate.
