sunday in the city.
i spent this sunday at the alameda flea market, and a good time was had by all. it was my friend suzanne’s first visit, and she was my little good luck charm — we scored so many awe-inspiring finds. here’s a peek at our sunday in the city.

Terrific pictures. I’m in love with the bust covered with brooches.
gorgeous finds- love the common thread in all the photographs!
Oh gosh, I love that bust with the brooches too – gorgeous photos!
Where, oh where, can I find a flea market like this on the east coast? When I first went to the Brooklyn Flea, I realized everyone there knows precisely what their stuff is worth. But to get a deal on a fantastic find? That I still dream about. Wonderful finds and photos.

As a former Sacramentan, I sure do miss going to Alameda – there isn’t anything like it in the PNW (that I know of). A great way to spend the day there … :-)
