next stop wonderland.

oh, how i love the look of this whole place i saw over on emma’s design blog a while back, from a feature in hus & hem magazine. i just can’t get enough of the Scandinavian design sensibility and this is a great example of that easy-going, effortless eclectic style. i can’t read a word about it, since hus & hem is published in finland, but i can soak up all this pretty inspiration. emma always finds the best of this look, so for more inspiration, pop on over to emma’s design blog.

I just love the clean and simple look of Scandinavian style. It’s so peaceful and calm. It makes me want to grab a can of white paint and go through the entire house.
So stunningly clean and homey
I think hus & hem is from Sweden :)
Stine, I think so too, but it says it’s published in Finland. :)
I love this home and really can see myself living in this space. Thanks so much for sharing!
such beautiful, beautiful floors. i love wood floor.
i love those empty frames on the wall – i’ve got a bunch we hung from trees from my bff’s wedding and have been looking for a way to use them! cute!
Wow, that frame collage is awesome! We have a long-ass wall in our loft, where we’ve hung some random, ornate, empty frames. This photo is inspiring me to put something in them and do a similar-looking display.
