pancho villa!

Barcelona-based freelance photography pancho tolchinsky was born in Mexico, raised in Israel and from an Argentine family. Tolchinsky is a traveler that collects imaginary corners around the world that really inspire and ignite my imagination. Each one of his captured scenes are taken from its context to be framed under a new light, and observed in a bit of mystery. i love that.

pancho tolchinsky’s photographs are vibrant and colorful and invite us to contemplate each common scene as a fragment of a dream. he just gives a glimpse and let’s your mind do the rest. you can see more of pancho tolchinsky’s photography on his website, and read more about him on his myspace page. you can also shop for a few of his images in pancho’s big cartel shop.

I am an Artist/Antique Dealer living in Noorthern France and for me this is beautiful poignant work with the right balance of poetry, kitsch and grime which for me kinda sums up the spirit of a life well lived. Love the work and your blog too, thanks…
