beyond the quarter.
Anthropologie is celebrating the creativity of New Orleans’ art & design community with Beyond the Quarter, a gallery exhibition debuting January 19th at their Rockefeller Center location in New York City. Curated by Anthropologie’s buyer-at-large, Keith Johnson (from Man Shops Globe), the exhibit shares the artistic spirit flourishing in New Orleans, despite the devastation of Hurricane Katrina only five years ago.

For those of us unable to attend, Anthropologie offers pieces from a few of the artists available online, such as monogram mouse-pads from artists Alexa Pulitzer, furniture by Ashley Longshore, and a rug designed by Shelley Hesse. The exhibition will be on view at Anthropologie at 50 Rockefeller Plaza from January 19th – March 21st.
