fab friday.

okay, i’ve softened. maybe it’s all the cold medicine, or perhaps orange juice has somehow weakened my resolve, but i’m feeling much more girlie this friday (as opposed to my bitter side last week!) here’s a kinder, gentler look at some fab friday finds, with a splash of vitamin c color and some happy patterns thrown in for good measure. or, am i just hallucinating? who knows, i just want to get better, so today…anything goes.

i really, really want this print - the novel by joyce lee, via the beholder.

serious kudos to will at bright.bazaar for finding this rad sofa in red magazine! i just want to collapse on it, preferably with someone i really like.

these are like clogs made especially for ABBA, and i like ‘em. from pod shop.

these vintage suzani pillows from jayson home & garden are stunning.

i’m in terrible lust over donna wilson’s adorable beehive teatowel.

when my nose starts working again, i may splash on a little chanel, via emma kisstina.

this is some pretty baddass wallpaper from filthy home. is baddass girlie? no, probably not. oh well.

i wouldn’t mind getting my hands dirty on this triangles tea towel from leah duncan, either.

this is one amazing amount of pattern that somehow all works well together – the Yabasri Sofa, i saw over on design milk.

I just love your blog!
Greetings from Finland =)
Thanks for the link love, Victoria!
P.S. That last sofa shot is pattern heaven!
thank you, anna!

Absolutely adore the couch with the bright, velvet orange and raspberry throw pillows! It is calling my name. I just did a post with some of the same vibrant shades! I love pink and orange together.

labia labyrinth? it doesn’t get much girlier! great images
ha! i know. :)
I love Leah Duncan’s work. Hoping to pick up one of her scarves soon.
Haven’t been by in a while, and now I am soooooo happy I took time to check back in, Victoria. That pattern sofa is amazing… so unexpected that it all works together. You have such a great eye!
The tea towels are a great find too. Usually they strike me as pretty expensive for what they are, but your choice of the beehive design makes me reconsider.
Hope you’re feeling much better soon!
ox, Joan
The gold clogs are making me long for my beautiful silver clogs that I got in Amsterdam many years ago. I kept wearing them till the rubber soles were long gone and the wood was splintering!
hi joan! need to stop by your shop!
thanks everyone – the clogs are crazy cute, right?
Hooray for Leah Duncan (and her tea towel) — she is such a sweetheart!
Amazing. Even when you’re ill you’re more creative than most people I know. Wow.
:-)
