photography 101.

i was very kindly invited by rena tom to contribute a guest post for her whilst she was off gallivanting around the globe last month, so i created a little photo 101 cheat sheet for bloggers, and for sellers on etsy and beyond. i’ve included a few little photo tips and tricks for setting up a quick little home studio if you’d like to check it out. simply you can pop on over to rena tom’s blog!

  3. Very nice. Would you have used another prop besides the reindeer?

  4. This is great! Sometimes I feel like I should be styling up my products to catch people’s attention, but I really like to just let my cards and invitations speak for themselves! Thanks for embracing the same!

I purchased 2 white foam boards a few months ago & use them the same way, only sitting one on a stool. :)

Thanks for the tips/encouragement! I really DO want my photos to be attractive.
