I loved the picture you put on. It is The Matterhorn , laso named The Monte Cervino . It is in Switzerland, in a town called Zermatt , a beatiful place to visir and enjoy and it is where I was born!!!!!! Now I am living in Uruguay, in South America. Best wishes for you !!!!

this is my first time leaving you a message tho i’m a regular reader from dublin, ireland. i just wanted to say thanks for your blog. i often log in during the week, but part of my end-of-week post-work-un-wind always includes happy friday.

i lived some haapy times in the mission in the 90’s but i’m back now where i belong. still, i’ve got lots of family in the bay area. i return every now & again. in the meantime, your blog is my (stylish) way to keep in touch. please keep doing what you do, it brings so much joy xoxo

Sorry to hear about your father; mine also passed away earlier this year. He was always such a big part of our holidays (more maternal than my mother, and not just because he did all the cooking), so I had to set my expectations low this season in order to get through it. I am so glad to have discovered your blog this year–it keeps me connected to my beloved City and inspires me to appreciate beautiful things. Wishing you and Lucy all good things in 2012.
