whoa. that’s all i have to say about the latest issue of est magazine. issue no. 4 of est just knocked my socks off. if i could pin it i would pin almost every single page. if you’re a scandinavian design lover-freak like me, you gotta go look at est — like right now. and subscribe — it’s free! est is just amazing. i’m still processing all the goodness, but had to post about it right this minute.
oh, and on a side note: this Safari Chair by Kaare Klint they featured. i need it — along with a few of these other very lovely items. thanks est — more to add to my very long existing wish list!
Done! And I like your word of the day: Need! I love the mix of mid-century and rustic in these. The stool in the first image is gorgeous.

Hmmm… I have a little stool the exact same shape as your #11, with a not-so-nice vintage patina, and this has basically instantly convinced me to paint it.
Great magazine! Thanks for sharing, Victoria. I especially love the black and white photos (or nearly black and white). I’m also enjoying the new issue of 91 Magazine— a great read, with lots of vintage, including a lovely Dottie Angel article.
