ok – let’s admit it: we’re all a little obsessed with instagram.
from pictures of delicious food, daily ventures, and random shots of our pets … we love to share what’s going on in our lives. and to be honest, it’s really fun.
i personally use instagram to share those everyday moments in life … but there are some people creating some truly incredible images. I thought I’d share a few of my favorites with you:
haruyo’s pictures are truly wonderful. Simple, colorful, and whimsical. i swear, every time she posts a photo I try to grab my screen to snag one of those cookies. she makes food photography look easy.
i’ve only been following ernanda a few weeks now, but really dig his images. he has a great blend of daily, candid-shots mixed with some interesting graphic elements. super moody & consistently good.
so, i’m pretty sure Theron has the coolest dog ever! I mean, come on, check this dog out. just strolling between two carts? awesome. Either that, or he has some strange obsession with a taxidermied pet … and that would be just weird.

I absolutely agree about these. I should follow them stat. I only have really followed people I know personally. These guys are amazing! That dog is adorable… How do you suppose he gets him to do all those things? Maybe he has super awesome treats? I know my dog would tell me to piss off if I tried any of these shinanigans with him.

I am a total instagram enthusiast. Love seeing the world through other people’s eyes. It’s also such a gentle and unobtrusive community with a great vibe. Anonymity paired with the intensely personal and individual: a good and simple formula. I’m loving the feed of jengotch right now. Such great colour, bits and bobs and an innate sense of style. Also johnedgar, whose appreciation of light & lines betrays the fact that he’s a pro.

Wow, some amazing Instagram artists out there! Not quite the same but I also love what some people are doing with their Facebook timeline profiles to create truly original art images combining their main image and their small profile image.
Totally agree. I love seeing people’s creativity come to life.
I’m totally obsessed with it too. I’m addicted to the fact that it’s so INSTANT! I love my photography and my Nikon D5000 and am starting to feel I little guilty each time I walk past it!! I have young kids (there at a school nearby), I do my own art at home so spend so much time at home. Since I started Instagram I’ve realised how incredible my house and objects around my home are. I’m even loving my hills hoist (Australia version of a clothes line)… Hill head to these “Gramers”??? now. Prux

I have a design blog myself and I can say that food photography is not that easy as it seems.. I spent 2 hours yesterday photoshooting a quiche for a recipe post!

I don’t even own a iphone and still love instagram….although awkward I’ve managed to use it with my ipad….can’t wait until I get a phone to use it even more!
