I had the great pleasure to stay at Peacock Pavilions earlier this year (my room was the Sufi Scribe Suite). Not only is it as gorgeous as the photos, everywhere your eye rests there is something wonderful and interesting to discover. The owners are really lovely people and Maryam is generous in sharing stories about the wonderful pieces in her home (not to mention where in Marrakesh to shop!). Spending a week there inspired me to clear my home of the more generic decor pieces to make more room to showcase the meaningful things that I have collected over the years.
Gorgeous! I love the different colored lanterns in the first image. I have something like that outside using lanterns purchased at World Market and honestly never thought of hanging them inside! It may be time to transform our living room.
