Matthias Heiderich’s minimalist, neon-colored Berlin landscapes challenge standard aesthetic assumptions about urban industrial zones and Spektrum Berlin is Matthias Heiderich’s first solo show in the US. there’s no way i’m missing this one. hope to see you at gallery carte blanche!

I LOVE his work! Seeing it in person will be so amazing. Seattle needs more contemporary art. That’s one of the things I miss about living in L.A.

Ooh! Just now seeing this — were you able to go? I’ve loved the Heartbeatbox work Matthias does for quite sometime now — especially this series. He has such thoughtful projects that really speak to me.
