vsco + makeshift = good times.

last evening the awesome gang at Visual Supply Co. kindly hosted one of Makeshift Society’s first events. VSCO invited Makeshift and a group of about 100 of us to meet up up at sightglass, have a cup of their delicious coffee and then hit the streets with our trusty cameras (and iphones using the vsco app) for a photo walk through san francisco.

a good time was had by all! the fog rolled in, but that didn’t stop us from walking from downtown all the way over to proxy in hayes valley (right around the corner from the future makeshift society) and satisying our appetites at the fab food trucks after the long stroll over there. the taco guys did not disappoint! thanks so much to vsco for organizing such a fun event! i’m so looking forward to some of the photography and video workshops they’ll be teaching at makeshift. and i hope to see you at the next event!

You are lucky guys, I have been reading about the society over at designsponge and sounds ideal. I am very lucky to have a great group of friends designers an bloggers who meet regulary and chat about life, business, challenges etc…photos are very nice.

  3. So glad to see Makeshift take off. You know you are slowly luring me from the Big Island, right? I feel the pull of the Bay in my blood.
