guest post: sacramento street.

hello friends! caitlin from sacramento street here – i’m incredibly excited that victoria asked me to drop in for a visit while she’s working on the makeshift offices.

with fall approaching i thought it’d be the perfect time to debut a new series i’m starting right here on sfgirlbybay. my readers are constantly asking me what the sources are from items in images i post. so, i thought i’d take top asked about rooms and do a little dissection called room anatomy.  this room from lonny has been a long time favorite of mine and is constantly inspiring me – from the rug, to the fiddle leaf tree, to the clean lined coffee table . . . i wish i could move right in! but alas i can’t, which means i’ll just have to re-create. hopefully this inspired you to add a few items to your house wish list!

I hope you enjoyed this new series – be sure to pop over to sacramento street for new room anatomy that comes up weekly. And if you have a room that you’d like to have dissected send it on over and you might see it featured!

Resources: 1. Lonny Magazine 2. Souk Rug 3. Box Frame Coffee Table 4. Partners in Surrealism 5. Kinfolk 6. Chair (find similar here) 7. Fiddle Leaf Tree.
