as you may or may not know, i am probably like the oldest design blogger known to mankind. (shhhh, don’t tell.) so when someone offers up a little help to keep my skin looking fresh, i’m gonna jump on it. i like smashbox cosmetics and have been using their blushes and lip color for years, but i really like this new photo finish primer smashbox invited me to try. there’s some really great positives about getting older and wiser, but the hell of it are these tiny little lines in the weirdest places, like above my lip line. ugh. when did that happen?

when i tried a few of these smashbox primers i found the one that reduced those lines the most was their anti-aging PHOTO FINISH FOUNDATION PRIMER. a nice matte finish, and shine-free, but the best part was it really diminished the look of those icky tiny lines. you can watch this smashbox video to easily find out which primer if right for you — there’s a color correction for every skin type, and all of them have this really silky smooth finish. nice!
