To me, a “home” is one of the few places where imperfection can be cherished. “Home” is where you can be as messy / clean / happy / sad / confident / scared / productive / bored / quiet / loud / beautiful / ugly / excited / relaxed / together / alone as you want. “Home” is where you can be completely comfortable to just… be.
