attention crafters and makers! for the first time, bay area artists lisa solomon and Katrina Rodabaugh are offering a new online course: INTERWOVEN:: make : thread : craft : art — a textile-based online craft course that will guide students in four techniques over four weeks, each week will focus on a different textile project—crochet, soft sculpture, embroidery, quilting—with a complete step-by-step tutorial to learn the techniques and create a finished project.

classes begin this week — February 4 through March 1 the class but are designed so that you can take the class at your own pace, in your own time. The private website will be available all day, every day, from the first day of class on February 4 through April 30—this way you can enjoy the information at your own speed after the course has finished on March 1.

  1. With such a huge global community this could be the way of the future, I was lucky to have my great grandmother and grandmother to teach me to crochet, but for those less fortunate definitly a great idea – well done and much sucess to you.
