this is such a pretty and serene little apartment. A small apartment building in one of the most popular residential areas in Wiesbaden, this bright and airy space was designed by german-based studio oink. studio oink’s Lea Korzeczek and Matthias Hiller design custom-made furniture and conceptual spaces, including style advice and set design. it’s all very spare, and simple, but looks very livable to me too — there’s a lovely combination of scandinavian-looking and very functional furnishings, but some mid-century and vintage-modern pieces carefully included in the mix, too. love it all! to see more from studio oink including some great product design, check out their site.

I just love the name of this company, Oink! Haha So clever and fun. If I had my own studio it’d be called Smoosh. ;)

Rustic, white, slightly Scandinavian-inspired, minimal, open and light wood laden. All of the above are adjectives and things I love – so it follows that I love the space above too!

Love the built in bedroom design! I’ve always liked the idea of a comfy place to rest right next to a window.

My fiance and I have been trying to figure out how to combine living spaces. The idea of setting the bed on a flat surface on top of cabinets is genius. Thanks for sharing.
