tuesday’s girl: anna joyce.

anna joyce design 001

Anna Joyce Design’s newest summer 2013 collection has me wanting to get all dolled up for weekends around the city. Based in one of my favorite cities, Portland, Oregon, each piece is handmade from beginning to end, all styled and photographed beautifully by chelsea frolic and lisa waringer of urban weeds.

Anna Joyce puts together fun color combinations while being inspired by a mix of vintage and patterns, and believes “in high-quality craft for every stitch and seam.” I’m absolutely loving Anna Joyce’s casual and chic prints – both in her beautiful accessories and home textile goods and knew they were a company after my own heart when I read their mantra – It’s how life should be all the time: simply splendid.

I’m loving the way she layers her prints. That polka dot combo in the first outfit is absolutely gorgeous.

This was taken a few months back one Saturday morning while we were out house hunting but hey, it could have been any of the last few weekends we have because our autumn has been unseasonably gorgeous and warm and I’m absolutely loving these prolonged summery temperatures.
