elsie green.

This past Friday I found myself in Concord – just east of Walnut Creek at the super warehouse of Elsie Green. Elsie Green is a little East Bay company specializing in beautiful things for your home that happen to be sustainable and as soon as I stepped in the door, I instantly wanted everything in sight.

Laurie of Elsie Green describes, “at the Studio, you’ll find vintage treasures that we hand pick on our twice (or thrice if we’re lucky) yearly trips to the French countryside, hand made pillows, organic cotton bedding and towels, our extensive collection of vintage fabrics, china and flatware. And of course, some fun ideas and inspiration while you’re there.”

And fair readers, you’re in luck! Elsie Green is having their first ever Stylish Studio Sale coming up – September 27th and 28th from 9am to 5pm at the Elsie Green Studio located at 2954 Treat Blvd, Suite C in Concord. Learn more about this event here on the Elsie Green site – it is the first time ever that they are opening their doors to the public, and I know I’ve marked it on my calendar to stock up on pretty vintage wares for my home.

This studio is so unusual that I can say for sure that I have never seen anything like that before. I like to take part in different photo shoots and I think that it would be very interesting to take part in a photo shoot which in this studio.

The studio is really lovely! I wish I could visit it in person. I’m usually all about tidy, symmetric spaces but I’m totally loving the creative mess here. And the buttons in flower vase are a great idea! I have to do it myself!

    Hugs, Kay
