two weekends ago, i made sure not to miss the last treasure island flea of 2013. this flea and antique market is located on the beautiful treasure island, and features rows and rows of vendors selling “furniture made from recycled ship wood, repurposed designed hip clothing, handmade bags, jewelry, art, sport collections” and more. plus, food trucks and kid activities satisfy the entire family’s needs. keep an eye on the treasure island flea website for the next event – they’ll kick back up in january. it’s the perfect way to spend a weekend.

I am ashamed to admit I’ve lived in San Francisco for over two years and still haven’t made it out to Treasure Island. Thanks for reminding me that I NEED to make the trek out to their flea market for some Christmas gifts. You make it look like it can’t be missed! – Leith

I’ve always wanted to go and never get around to it. These pictures are just lovely!

  6. I have already been there once and I think i like it a bit more than Alameda because it’s not so big but you can still find great stuff. Must go again.
