love and loft living in chicago.

this is the eclectic living space of chicago-based photography team john and maura stoffer. featured in the latest issue of rue, it’s a light-filled living loft space with lots of character, but pleasantly light on ‘stuff’ — which was done with intention to leave the loft feeling light and airy. the couple’s space is as charming as their story — the two grew up down the block from each other, strolled to the corner ice cream shoppe on a first date in fifth grade, went to prom together, and were wed in 2010. and now john and maura work together, side by side as wedding and event photographers. lovely space, lovely story. for more, check out the latest issue of rue online.

Is it weird that I’m obsessed with this couple even though I’ve never met them?
