makeshift society says hello to brooklyn!
hey new yorkers! i’m not sure if you’ve heard yet, but makeshift society has opened their doors in brooklyn! the creative co-working clubhouse is in full swing, and to celebrate they’re hosting an open house launch party on wednesday, June 4th so you can pop in and see what makeshift is all about and meet the members. Explore their beautiful, light-filled space and meet their community with creative demos from Kollabora, a tasting event with Spindrift Soda, and a ‘making of’ discussion with co-founders Bryan Boyer and Rena Tom. Visitors who apply for membership during the open house will receive a discount and you can Register here for a ticket to this free event.
the makeshift launch party features food and drink from local makers including Brooklyn Brewery and P&H Soda Co and giveaways from Social Print Studio, Tattly, MOOD Magazine and VSCO. This is a free ticketed, 21+ event.
Makeshift Members share 4,000 square feet in a hundred year old pencil factory where you can make, learn, teach, and think. The clubhouse is located in Williamsburg, around the corner from incredible food, drink and shopping so that going to work does not feel like a chore.
