greetings from leslie at spotted sf! there are so many amazing things that have recently opened up in san francisco and i’m delighted to be sharing photos of one of them in our blog series, spotted. today i’m bringing you the lovely victoria nicoll and she is the owner of the wonderful and whimsy new vintage shop called wallflower.
what initially started as a monthly pop up in her own home, wallflower is now a full-fledged boutique located in the back room of the treasure-filled carousel consignment shop in the city’s mission district. victoria’s love and flair for fashion, design and decor allows her to playfully combine vintage ’60s and ’70s frocks with jewelry and accessories, along with a collection of home and garden goods, both found and new. her boudoir-like space is the perfect little spot for playing dress-up, as there are racks and rows full of pretty pieces to try on. i especially love the yummy scents filling the air, as she stocks p.f. candles and my favorite soaps from etta + billie. in addition to running and curating her own space, this lady of many talents can also be found designing the window displays and merchandising all the gorgeous goods at nearby belljar.
