right on trend with what i mentioned in last week’s post, this chic paris apartment boasts some trés grand artwork! featured in a recent issue of elle decor españa, after living in new york and london interior designer Sandra Behaumou renovated her home in paris with the family’s art collection as the focal point. her philosophy is “to create habitats in which the boldness of style and creativity are not incompatible with life”. it’s a bold and eclectic mix: stylish but not at odds with the comfortable and casual daily life of sandra and her family. for the whole home tour, visit elle decor españa.

OMG I am in love , from the amazing floor and tile work in the kitchen dining area to the wonderful sofas to the simply breathtaking light fitting in the lounge
just fabulous I want to live there

  2. Oh gosh, you’re totally right about the artwork–it’s tres chic and I want it all! I love the pops of pink throughout the rooms, as well as the idea of designing a house for living instead of only aesthetics. In my opinion at least, design isn’t good for much unless it’s functional!

I am in love with the picture on the wall in the first photo. We are currently looking for something to hang in our living room and I think something like that would hit the spot. I’m a sucker for a good black and white photo. Thanks for sharing.
