gray half way.

gray days — they get such a bad rap. i love a good gray day here in san francisco (not every day, mind you). it creates this kind of large, living light box over the city and every color seems so much sharper, and well, just more colorful. i love the look of a gray wall, too — just one accent wall, or trim or wainscoting can add such a soothing palette to a room and make everything else pop. there’s so many shades of gray, and it goes with just about every other color quite well. gray, the color that gets along. here’s what i mean.

I love Gray! Especially as an accent wall.
Love the couch! Do you know where it’s from?
This space is so beautiful!
I love the half blue half white wall, never thought of such style before. It does actually look very nice. Together with the old rusty stool, it’s priceless.
Agreed! I’ve painted my (sloooooowly in progress because we are doing it ourselves) art studio the most beautiful gray (Benjamin Moore “Abalone”) and it is so lovely in all different types of light.
Also–the BEST gray is the gray of African Gray parrot feathers….it almost has a hint lavender in it.
Those greys are gorgeous! I especially love the wall behind the bags and then the combo of the grey and floral.
