i’m pretty excited about the launch of katie armour’s buddy editions — a new online gallery with a wonderful group of well-curated, emerging artists contributing their works. i got an invitation to follow the new site on facebook and was so excited to find the work of a few artists i’ve long admired contributing their work to buddy editions. photographers like olivia rae james — i never get enough of seeing this photograph of bill murray, olivia’s amazing and very photogenic neighbor. i think i’m going to need that print!

buddy editions is named after katie’s granfather, “a man of style…born in hollywood in the 1930’s…Buddy was never without his camera — documenting his adventures of a well-collected life”. there’s such a lovely group of artists in this online gallery, like satsuki shibuya, robert malmberg and natalie roman — just to name a few. here’s a look at some of the buddy editions collection — i hope you’ll stop by for a visit.
