hello all! i just returned from a weekend at the beach and i am more than inspired. i can’t exactly explain the feelings or emotions the mighty pacific conjures in me…the best i can do is describe it as a giant mind eraser. when i sit by the ocean, watch the waves, breath in the air and take in the sounds all is right in my life, problems seem insignificant. which is why i chose these particular photographs today:
i love that i can almost get the same peace from a photograph. there is something said for feeling small. xo mrs. french

hello all! so nice to see you here this morning. i am particularly drawn to this group of images. i have such a soft spot for blurry, dreamy images. i find it crazy that something i used to see as a snafu in photography, is now something i long for. i have yet to master the art of the magical blurry photography, luckily i know some talented folks who have:
i hope your day is filled with imperfect beauty wherever you may be. xo mrs. french

happy thursday friends! i have always been fascinated by photographs of doors. they completely draw me in. i want to see what is on the other side. the thing that amazes me is that some of these doors feel welcoming, some seem a bit haunted, while others may feel a bit lonely…regardless of the feelings evoked, i am always equally mesmerized. i hope you feel the same sort of wonder.
so nice to see you here this week! xo mrs. french

good morning dear friends. i have something a little something for you to try today. click on over to flickr and type “love” into a search, sit back, and watch the magic unfold. i did this yesterday. i was amazed by the variety and interpretations before me. so much so i had to share…
i often wonder what i ever did before our beloved flickr…xo mrs. french
