some very lovely color, courtesy of guest blogger emma lamb.

Hello lovely sfgirlbybay readers! I’m kinda giddy excited to be guesting over here today and want to say a huge thank to Victoria for the opportunity. :)

If, during your travels around blogland, you happen to have stumbled upon my wee blog you will know that I’m a wee bit of a colour addict as well as an obsessive crocheter. When I’m not busy with my hook and yarn you can usually find me spending way too much time on Etsy, Flickr, Pinterest (yeah, I’m addicted too!) and the web in general, seeking out beautiful images and gorgeous colour palettes.

I absolutely thrive on it and everyday I’m drawn towards something different, one day it could be classic red and white and the next could be pink, orange, peach and yellow! But every now and then one palette in particular will stick with me and I’ll obsess over it. At the moment that palette is yummy vintage greens ~ olive, sage, chartreuse and teal with punches of pink, mustard, red, orange or aqua. There is something about these colours together that screams summer and makes me think of picnics on hot days, gardens in full bloom with flowers glowing in the sunlight and lazy evenings watching the sunset… perfect!
