renegade holiday craft fair!
the first ever renegade holiday craft fair will be held this weekend in san francisco, so if you’re in town, it’s a must-visit! held at fort mason, smack on the beautiful san francisco bay, renegade is free to enter and filled with over 150 booths of the finest indie-craft, handmade and contemporary design artists, all setting up shop at the Renegade Craft Fair Holiday Sale on December 19 & 20 from 11am –7pm, at the Fort Mason’s Herbst Pavilion.

held this past weekend, the 2nd annual san francisco renegade craft fair was double the fun this year! it was jam-packed! and full of some fresh new work i’d yet to see, like my purchases for the day, silk screen prints from Montréal-based artist jason cantoro and his cinqunquatre studio partner alice jarry (just below). i just loved their uniquely beautiful work. not only was renegade bustling with people perusing the many booths and having a great time, the vendors seemed to be doing a grand business of selling, too, which in this economy is great news, and i’m sure, very much appreciated by all the artists in attendance at renegade this year. next up – renegade chicago, september 12 & 13. here’s a peek at what i was able to capture.

renegade is here!
it’s that time again – yippee! it’s craft-o-mania in san francisco this weekend, when artists from all over the country (and beyond!) flock to the city to participate in the renegade craft fair! held at fort mason’s festival pavillion, smack dab along side the beautiful bay. the renegade craft fair has free admission, and features over 200 different artists sharing their handmade wares all under one big creative roof! The second annual Renegade Craft Fair in SAN FRANCISCO will take place july 18 & 19, from 11am – 7pm. here’s a list of some of the artists in attendance at renegade this year — including yarnivores, 3 fish studios, lisa congdon, sara paloma pottery and gangs of san francisco, just to name a few — and if you can’t make the show just click on the links on this page to visits the artists’ own websites. hope to see you there!
