i spy: somewhere to sit.
by victoria comment

you know how you sometimes ‘just know’ when something inspires you? well this week i saw (or spied) this photograph of a lonesome eames chair from the very talented mister ansel olsen, and i knew what this week’s i spy theme would be. the amazing chair. think about how many different designs there are for chairs! some of them bad, some of them grand. some of the eames (in other words – fabulous!). today, i spy somewhere to sit.

  1. Hey there,

I love the post! Have you been to the TechnoCRAFT exhibit at the Yerba Buena Center yet? There’s a piece all about the chair that I think you would really dig. I was there about 2 weeks ago and very impressed with the exhibition.

  2. what marvelous photographs by ansel olson and brad ford. i have always admired a single chair that can infuse personality and charm into an otherwise ordinary space :)

your blog and delightful “tweets” {of the oh-so-adorable lucy!} are a bright spot in my day. thank you, miss victoria!
