I’m loving the blue hues of this Los Angeles home makeover by Homepolish designer and creative director, Orlando Soria. With the sunroom and space overlooking the pool, he wanted to bring in some of the rich blues from the outdoors to make the space feel like a continuation of the outside area. Mid-project the family brought back a gorgeous Jeffrey Pallidini painting from London which worked beautifully with the color palette of the room where it happily took it’s new place above the sofa.
The bedroom started with the large scale iron bed as a foundation and wood bedside tables for warmth. Orlando describes, “I fell in love with those lamps the second I saw them and kindly forced my clients to buy them. To give the space a natural, collected feel I sourced a ton of new and vintage accessories and styled the bedside tables and bed to be as casual and welcoming as possible.” Thanks to Homepolish for sharing this fun look with us!
The blue puts so much life into the space, it’s stunning! Thanks for sharing

I would never guess that such a strong blue would be so soothing. Absolutely love this.
thanks, maggie! i tend to shy away from bright blues, but i agree – this home is so soothing and definitely making me open up to more color options.
What a stunning space…love the colorful cobalt details!!!
