hi there — ana from fluxi on tour, doing a little day tripping with you again today. Wandering into the space of The Piece Collective on Abbott Kinney in Venice, feels like wandering into the perfect tiny, airy & bright beach cottage full of carefully curated gifts, clothes, jewelry, home decor & books. Opened just recently, The Piece Collective (website coming soon) is the new cool kid on the Abbot Kinney block, but it fits in so well, it already feels like it’s been there forever. Although small, the exterior of The Piece Collective is an attraction itself; lots of white with a great pop of yellow, inviting to peek and see what’s inside the little cottage. This boutique with great bohemian flair, treasures locally crafted pieces but also globally sourced wares creating the perfect assortment of items you’ll definitely want to own. I treated myself to a rose gold ring from a Brooklyn based artist and I’m not taking it off. So next time you have few minutes to stroll the streets of Venice, make sure to stop by The Piece Collective and pick something you didn’t even knew you wanted until you saw it.
