beach home in biarritz / sfgirlbybay

i’ve wanted to visit biarritz in southern france, near the border of spain all my life. one day, i tell ya! in the meantime, i’ll just oggle this beautifully decorated Family home in Biarritz, featured in architectural digest espana. filled with vintage treasures found at the local brocantes, an ereo Saarinen Tulip vintage found at Las Pulgas flea market in Paris, and a mix of modern pieces, like those pretty pale rose vitra chairs — the entire palette is so perfectly unexpected. i’m not sure i would have thought to pair a vintage yellow armoire with mid-century modern arm chairs, but i’m going to be thinking about it now. you can see the entire home tour at architectural digest espana. prepare yourself for some serious furniture envy.

  1. I love this city, I used to go very often when I lived in South of France!
Congratulations for your blog, I am following it and I love it . I am waiting for your book in London

  2. Does anyone have an idea who makes that couch? It’s everything I’ve been looking for, naturally, and even the hue is perfect, though I never would have thought so before now I’m obsessed with it as well :)
