although it’s tiny, this sweet little holiday hideaway in Malasaña, a chic neighborhood in madrid, packs a big visual punch. the color palette is oh-so-soothing and interior designers studio nimú have done such a wonderful job with a such a small canvas. i love, love, love the black casement doors out to the terrace — gives me an idea for my kitchen makeover! a lot of the furniture is IKEA, so the look is easily accessible and affordable. bravo to small spaces, great design.

Psssst! Malasaña is a (very cool) neighbourhood in the centre of Madrid, and not a university town, as is mentioned in the post! ;-) But anyway, that is a very lovely home you’ve shared with us. Thanks!!
oh thank you – the article was in spanish and i must have mistranslated!
I love the simplicity of this spot!
