i always think of the boho bedroom as a representation of a life well lived — flea market finds, personal artifacts from your favorite travels, all nestled together with some modern pieces to perfect the balance. it’s a healthy mix of texture and just the right amount of vibrant colors. this look is easier achieved than one might think — because you don’t have to run off to morocco to find the perfect woven baskets and textiles, there are always plenty of local resources to get you started. some of my go-to’s include anthropologie, urban outfitters for furniture, great rugs can be found at the pink rug co. on etsy, and always hunt your local flea market for all those unique one of a kind treasures.

  1. Hiya! Gorgeous photos! LOVE the color accents in your accessories and decor! Great natural lighting in your room(s), too! I enjoyed my stay at your blog and will certainly be back! LOVE it! I was brought here because I was looking for San Fran Area Bloggers who also enjoy tea. The Sororitea Sisters are giving away tickets to the upcoming Tea Festival in case you are interested! Have a great day!!! I will be lurking often! Great place you have here!

  2. Loved the look of each bedroom. Loved the rugs, the textiles, the simplicity of each look and the pop of colors! Loved the tub in the room, the white walls and sheets and textile accents! I’d definitely go for a cozy, boho look for my room rather than a neater, well manicured one! So in love with all of these! :)

  3. I loved the concept of boho bedroom. Texture and vibrant colors win my heart. Really different and comfy setting! Hats off to you! Looking forward to know more concepts similar to this one! White color is my favorite and loved to see the walls as whitish. Feel like having peace and comfort from photos that you have shared.

  4. oh, you also have that macrame wall hanging at the top of the headboard. I have mine as well but it’s not huge as that. I got my boho wall hanging from Nakawe Trading. I initially planned it to have it on my bathroom but I changed when I saw someone sharing her ideas in Pinterest. It’s very versatile! Thanks for sharing a lot of your ideas on how to decorate a boho room. I’m really inspired to add more touches on my space. Take care!
