warm and fuzzy feelings.

decorating with sheepskins / sfgirlbybay

i’m actually beginning to feel an autumn chill in the air which means it’s time to break out the cozy sheepskins i stash away in summer months. don’t these rooms make you feel all warm and fuzzy? maybe it’s just because i’m in bed with the flu (sigh) but the thought of curling up in these for days on end sounds mighty fine right now. you can get this layered mix & match look with sheepskins on sites like black sheep white light, ikea and even pink sheepskins on overland. look for soft fluffy mongolian lamb pillows and throws at west elm and shaggy puff pillows at anthropologie. love this Faux Fur High Low Throw, too!

  1. Oh, yes! It’s raining, tick, tick, ticking on my window, but I’m happy because it’s FINALLY fall and FINALLY raining in the south of France. And I got out my sheepskin rug to drape over the back of my office chair, which feels so chic. Great weather is wonderful, but sometimes a spell of bad weather not only feels cozy (at last!) but makes us appreciate that good weather all the more when it comes back.
