feeling stressed out? you might want to get some houseplants. studies have shown that having plants around can actually help lower stress levels. plus, there are several types of plants that improve the quality of the air in your home by removing toxins and increasing oxygen, which is also helpful in times of stress! besides all that good stuff, well-placed plants can brighten up your home and create a more relaxed, peaceful ambiance. if you’re still on the fence about adding more greenery to your life, here are some pretty, plant-filled spaces to inspire you.

  1. Do you have any recommendations for plants that do well in low…and I mean REALLY low light? I live in Seattle, and our apartment is a dungeon. I’ve killed more plants than ever because even sitting them in a window isn’t enough! I know fake plants do nothing for air quality…but if they improve my mood…I guess I might have to live with it?
