this house just says hunker down for the holidays and stay inside where it’s all warm and cozy. i love all the layered textures — loose natural slipcovers and big fluffy pillows, and that beautiful wool rug across some of the prettiest, worn in looking wood floors. i love the wabi-sabi vintage wood dining table in the kitchen too — it’s just a little off kilter, but it looks like the perfect space to share a meal, hang out while cooking, or get to baking some holiday cookies. all and all this home just looks comfy-cozy and a great space to be lazy, which is what i’m most looking forward to over the christmas break. a holiday hibernation is sounding pretty great, right about now.

Am also feeling like major hibernation is in order over the hols, catch up on reading and finish watching Rectify! Beautiful home, lots to be inspired by.

Holiday Hibernation is one of the best idea, especially when Christmas in very near. I want to be there during Christmas holiday.
Being lazy in this house would be perfection! Love the post!

Gorgeous. I ventured over to the “entrance” website, and all I can say is that it’s amazing. Darn those Swedes with their French door windows and yards of undyed linen!
Would love to know the source of the lamps in that house, the one above the couch and the sliding one in the kitchen are great.
The kitchen lamp looks like a LAMPE GRAS model No 214
Beautiful. Any idea about the wall paint colours?
