i guess i’m in the mood for lots of green today, because i also want to share this modern twist on the idea of a green home with you. featured in architectural digest espana it’s a breath of fresh air in the middle of the big city — bustling Barcelona, in fact. i love all the white washed brick walls paired with a bit of vintage repurposed patio furniture like that swing chair — the kind you might normally find on the outside, but with a mix of green upholstered mid-century modern pieces livens up a very simple, but sublime space. for the full tour, visit architectural digest espana.

It’s realy a beautiful wooden house, i love it! :)
That hanging chair
Don’t be fooled by the hanging chair. My daughter wanted one for her room, we tried out a lot of them, none of them were very comfortable. In the end we bought her a hammock chair, that was a succes.
I love it when houses are interesting in an uncomfortable uncosy way. This house is a perfect example of that.
