welcome to the lovely, light-filled studio of textile artist jane denton. located in wellington, new zealand, this feminine space is actually the recently renovated basement of Jane’s family home, where she’s spent the last five years making and selling contemporary hand-stitched artwork. with existing details like built-in shelving and deep in-set windows, it doesn’t look like it took much more than a fresh coat of white paint for the studio to come together. Though the delightful mix of woven and wood furnishings, ceramic bowls, candlesticks, and of course,  jane’s beautiful work, add just the right amount of color and texture to the otherwise neutral space. if you’re looking for your own unique, hand-crafted piece of New Zealand, look no further than Jane’s stunning collection. and don’t worry, she ships worldwide!

  1. Do you think that credenza is antique / vintage? If not, do you know the source of the credenza? Thank you!
