mustard pillows and pink blanket from nienke hoogvlie. / sfgirlbybay

weekend greetings, gentle readers. i’ll actually be working this weekend but for a very good reason — we are set to launch the new website and super marché shop on tuesday, september 12th so if all goes as planned you’ll have to say farewell (but not goodbye!) to the good old sfgirlbybay as we know it. but i do hope you like the look of the rebranded site (and please be patient — i realize sometimes change does take time)! in the meantime, it’s all the feminine feels for this week’s friday finds — pretty pastels with a warm, cozy vibe coming at you. enjoy the weekend! xo, victoria

  1. such pretty blankets from nienke hoogvliet — i love that they’re made for cooler seasons but still light and airy looking. plus i love a mustard & pink pairing.
  2. this pale pink sectional sofa looks cozy and i love the addition of warm velvet cushions — a very nice contrast and color palette.
  3. speaking of color palettes, i love the styling of this fireplace mantel. there’s a lot of eclectic little pieces here but it all works so well together.
  4. if i had this wonderful collection of vintage frocks i’d keep them out on display, too. no closet for these pretties!
  5. i love this little nook and especially the oversized floral print. adds a bit of femininity to the mid-century modern collection.
  6. this is another lovely mantelpiece, beautifully styled for transitioning into fall.
  7. have you ever visited the french blog ledansla? it’s a visual dream come true and the photography is stunning — do visit.
