i don’t know why i’m always so drawn to white, but maybe because it just looks so fresh — like a rainstorm just came through and washed everything clean — making it brand new again. it also looks ultra calming, so i get a very restful and relaxed feeling in a white room. it’s why i paint all my walls white these days (benjamin moore’s oxford white is my favorite) and if i had the guts i’d paint all my floors white, too. i am going to paint my home office floors white very soon, and i’m going to follow anna’s “special sauce” to get them just right. here’s to bright white.

Just reminded me why I love white so much…so relaxing and refreshing. Any of these rooms would be balm to the troubled soul.
White always makes me feel more calm!

I feel the same and althought I’m a color lover, I prefer keeping them in accessories. My bedroom is “under developement” and is totally white, I’m doing sme r seqrch and to make it cozy, comfortable and looking “put together”. Thank you for the inspiration (and for the white reference for paint!)
