this week’s friday finds are bit on the feminine and flirty side. i’ve just been really inspired by these eclectic and colorful looks lately. could be a little of that parisian chic has been rubbing off on me, perhaps? i hope you find some inspiration here, too. have a great weekend, everyone!

  1. did y’all see jenna lyons updated digs in new york city? wowza! i have a feeling we’re going to be seeing quite a lot of that very eclectic and feminine look around very soon. this apartment (below) pretty much nails it!
  2. the apartment dk is constantly super inspiring to me and they carry beautiful one of a kind and very rare vintage collectibles. this room is just one example of their beautiful finds.
  3. pretty paint colors, and i’m rather drawn to the statuesque woman this room has on display. we found something similar at the flea markets in lyon and she’s on her way to super marché’s next collection.
  4. perhaps domestic goddess are on trend! i found this pretty lady popping up on a home tour a Barcelona-based photographer on the socialite family this week, too.
  5. i love everything about this look — you know i’m a sucker for a vintage portrait painting! but this color palette of navy and pink had me at hello, too. très chic. we have some great vintage portraits coming to the shop in january.
  6. Inspired by nature and harmony of spaces, this Leaf chandelier has light, delicate features but with a modern twist. Different from most styles i’ve seen out there lately, it blends into both contemporary and vintage-inspired spaces.
  7. i quite like the idea of this sweet looking (and very affordable) Convertible Corduroy Headboard Pillow. a great alternative to the traditional headboard and looks cozy, too.

  1. I don’t understand the Jenna Lyons thing , She never gives interviews that aren’t ham -handed where she doesn’t engage in valley speak and “like” every other word which is so annoying and she glorifies using fur in design which is archaic in this day and age . That sable bedspread is horrifying , imo and i doubt its vintage . And there’s something creepy about that many shoes – overcompensating .

  2. Such a great round-up of finds, I love the leaf chandelier – so nice to bring hints of nature into the home! I think the feminine look is rubbing off on me too and when I finally own my own home I just know that there are going to be lots of little hints of pink everywhere, can’t wait! Thanks for the inspiration
