Victoria, I’ve always loved your aesthetic. Been a regular reader since your SF days. And I do understand that things change, but can I just ask: What’s happened to color? Why is anything other than white walls and pastel accents gone from the posts? It seems all the featured homes/flats, kitchens, clothing, everything is white or pale, and the only time there’s anything brighter it’s gotta be “bohemian” style. Maybe I’m alone in this, put please, please, please would you consider mixing it up a bit?
hi cathy,
thanks so much for the feedback, but i think we cover color quite a bit, so perhaps you’re just missing those posts? here are a few prime examples:

No, I haven’t missed them. Maybe once or twice a month just isn’t enough for me? Not sure. To my eye, everything’s just beginning to look the same. I’m sure there’s plenty of nuance I’m missing, so maybe I’ll do like TV shows and binge watch/read posts :-)
Thanks for taking the time to respond to my comment. Like I said, I’ve always loved your aesthetic, and you’re one of the very few bloggers I read; I love your writing style, and your integrity always comes through.
thanks so much, cathy! i’m keeping more color in mind for upcoming posts!
