Minimal works of art have had a special place in my heart this year (as seen here) and right now I’m especially drawn to christiane spangsberg‘s simple line drawings of feminine features. The parred-down faces are perfect for injecting a little curated, artistic feeling into a space and pieces by the Vogue-appointed “fashion’s favorite artist” even sit perfectly in the Paddington Inn. With Picasso-like flair, the Copenhagen native nails effortless ethos and beautiful artistic skill. She told Vogue, “I find inspiration from ancient statues, from photography, psychology, architecture, museums and everyday life. It is hard to pinpoint exactly where inspiration from a piece comes from.”

Which piece is your favorite?
