fancy a trip to scotland? yes, mate, me too! this time we’re headed to the pastel palace that is the Eden Locke hotel in Edinburgh. the sherbet-colored palette had me at hello! designed by locke living (who also created london’s lovely leman locke property) Eden Locke was designed as an ecosystem of like-minded travelers that crave a space to stay that’s a little more like home sweet home (rooms come complete with kitchenettes) to meet, play, work and thrive while traveling — they believe that living is both an art and a science and their aim is to foster an environment that allows you to live better. i’m in! let’s cozy up in a pale pink cashmere sweater, a warm teddy coat and our chicest cropped trousers and boots, shall we? a striped scarf that matches Eden Locke’s color palette seems like a brilliant plan, too. when you settle into your room for the night, i recommend a quirky novel all about getting some much-needed sleep — my Year of Rest and Relaxation by Ottessa Moshfegh. i loved it!
