hurrah, this weekend couldn’t have come any quicker! can you say ‘taxes’? ugh! anyway, we’ve made it and it’s the rosebowl flea market this weekend so it’s probably a grand time to go out and do some vintage treasure hunting if you’re in need of some new ‘old’ decor. i hope you’ve got some fun plans on your own agenda! see ya monday!

xo, victoria

  1. “A home doesn’t matter if it doesn’t contain love and humor” — i’m with her. gallerist Maria Foerlev of Etage Projects, in Copenhagen that’s who. her lovely home is the epitome of charm and wit — essential elements of a real home. to see more, visit alt.
  2. i just adore this sweet glassware collection from Danish Designer helle mardahl. they’re so sweet they almost look edible, like oversized easter jellybeans. we can all love them (but just don’t eat them)!
  3. i love everything about this beautiful, moody but very colorful image from @lucindachambers, former British Vogue fashion director. her entire instagram feed is most inspiring — do have a peek. i so admire her very eclectic sense of style.
  4. hurrah! blockshop has a new pillow collection out, and i’m loving this banded stripe print inspired by antique French grain sack linens, printed in their beloved and very sunny desert palette.
  5. i don’t know about you, but i could just ogle over designer ulla johnson’s fashions forever. colorful, flirty and feminine i’d love to wear everything in her collection. and bravo! a designer who believes in sleeves! some of us just don’t really love our arms as much as we should.
  6. and speaking of ulla johnson’s, i can’t stop dreaming about this beaded bag. is it not just the perfect summer accessory with all the brilliant golden tones you could want for warmer days? yes, i do believe it is.
  7. have y’all seen textile artist and designer francesca colussi cramer making her way around the internet? this embroidered art piece of hers is called been nice today — francesca calls herself a vintage postcard storyteller — she takes ephemera and gives it whole new beautiful life with her unique embroidery. shop for her bespoke pieces here.
  8. @un_fold_ed’s instagram feed is given me wanderlust again and this time it’s for a trip to Marrakech. doesn’t this colorful little corner look like a lovely spot to sip some sweet Moroccan Mint Tea?
